How to access and use Microsoft Planner through portal.office.com? New York City

To access and use Microsoft Planner, go to portal.office.com and sign in using your Microsoft account. From the homepage, select Planner from the app launcher (grid icon) in the top-left corner. Once inside, you can create new plans, add tasks, assign team members, and set deadlines. Use the Board view to organize tasks into buckets, the Chart view to track progress, and the Schedule view for calendar management.
