Raja Shyamala Pooja, also known as Swarna Gowri Pooja, is a traditional Hindu ritual observed primarily in South India. This ritual is dedicated to Goddess Gowri, who is believed to be the mother of Lord Ganesha. The puja is usually performed on the day before Ganesh Chaturthi, which is a major Hindu festival celebrating the birth of Lord Ganesha. The Raja Shyamala Pooja is performed to seek the blessings of Goddess Gowri for a prosperous and harmonious life.
