To participate in the TellCulvers survey, visit tellculvers.com/survey. First, purchase a meal at a Culver’s restaurant and keep the receipt. Then, go to the survey website and enter the 18-digit survey code from your receipt. Answer all the survey questions honestly, sharing your feedback about food, service, and cleanliness. After completing the survey, you may receive a validation code for a reward, such as a free dessert or discount on your next visit. Make sure to use the code before it expires. Participating in TellCulvers survey helps improve customer experience at Culver’s restaurants.
